ROOM KEY CARD
Room key cards, you have received at the reception during your check in, activate the electrical system in your room. If you want to open the door, you should show your card at the door lock. The room key card is valid until 12:00 on your departure date. After 12:00 a.m. it will be automatically disabled. Please, do not forget to give back your key cards to the reception during checkout. Otherwise, for each missing keycard 21,50 TL will be charged to your room account.
BRACELET
We kindly ask you to wear arm bracelets, so you can declare that you are a guest of our facility and that you can benefit from our concept correctly. Thank you for your understanding
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival, check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time on the day of departure is 12:00. Please, inform the reception for late check out . If you want to keep your room longer, this is possible for a fee, subject to arrangements and availability. We also have a free comfort zone available . (4403-4404).
SAFE
We kindly ask you to keep your valuables in the safe deposit boxes offered free of charge in your room. Instructions for use are located in the wardrobe near the deposit box. In case of any difficulties, please call the reception at 4403-4404.The hotel assumes no liability for valuables kept outside the safe. We also have free safe deposit boxes at the reception.
ROOM CLEANING
During your stay at the hotel your room will be cleaned daily between 08:30 and 16:00. A turn-down service is offered once a day.

There are 3 A ‘la Carte restaurants in our hotel. You have the right to use the A'la Carte restaurants once during your stay free of charge. Reservation is required. You can make the reservation through our Guest Relations or at Kiosk. For more information, please, call 4423. T

POOL, BEACH & BEACH TOWELS
There are 4 swimming pools. They are outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, kids swimming pool and pool with waterslide. There are enough sun loungers by the pool and the beach, so we kindly ask you not to make reservations.The pools cleaning is started after 19:00, so we kindly ask you not to use the pools any longer. Please, do not bring white bath towels from your room to the beach or pools. Beach towels are provided in your room daily until 3 pm

After check-in, you can use wireless Internet access (WI-FI) free of charge. Please, choose "MIRAMARE" named WLAN to log in. On the following page, you must enter your room number, date of birth and your e-mail address. If you wish, you can also benefit from our paid Turbo internet service
